Sanland’s SG206 is an ultra-linear GaAs pHEMT differential RF amplifier designed for broadband CATV DOCSIS 4.0 applications from 5 MHz to 1.8 GHz. The device features a cascode design that provides 21.3 dB flat gain with very low distortion. Powered by a single 5V or 8V supply, SG206 delivers up to 66 dBmV TCP with 45 dB MER at 8V, making it suitable for DOCSIS 4.0 amplifiers, optical nodes, Remote PHY devices, FTTH, home gateways, and cable modems.
