Sanland’s TIAs are variable Gain Amplifiers with a Voltage Controlled Attenuator. The Amplifiers feature low noise and high linearity, achieved through the use of a 0.5um GaAs E/D-mode pHEMT process. They are housed in miniature 4.0 x 4.0 mm 24-pin Quad-Flat-Non-Lead (QFN) packages. Designed for optimum performance from 0.05 GHz up to 1.2 GHz, their compact footprint and low profile, coupled with low noise, high gain, and high linearity, make the TIAs an ideal choice as low noise amplifiers for CATV networks and FTTH networks.
