AP3013 is a linear, three-stage power amplifier MMIC utilizing InGaP/GaAs HBT process.
In the 2.3-2.7GHz band, the device delivers high output power of 24dBm and excellent linearity of 3% EVM at 3.3V, under 54Mbps OFDM (IEEE802.11g) modulation.
The device also delivers a wide range of output power of 18~25dBm when used in W-CDMA Band I Femtocell.
It belongs to our new series of pin compatible devices covering a wide range of power levels.
It offers the ease in use and flexibility in design for a variety of applications.
It housed in a 3mm x 3mm, 16 pin, QFN leadless package.
