Job Responsibilities

1. Cooperate with sales to provide customers with chip selection, solution technical explanation and product demonstration;

2. Conduct technical communication with customers to understand and analyze customer needs and explore market opportunities;

3. Provide technical support to customers and assist them to solve technical problems in the use process;

4. Responsible for coordination between sales, technology, and R&D departments to provide solutions to customers and follow up on project progress;

5. Mining market and customer needs and feeding back new product information to the sales and design departments;

6. Collect and master the performance, advantages and disadvantages of mainstream competitor products, and form an analysis report.

7. Cooperate with the product manager to communicate and research with the original factory in the technical field regularly, and participate in the industry and related fields to promote products and applications. 


Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree, three years of research and development or more than four years of experience in FAE field application, with prior experience in chip and program support;

2. Solid foundation for analog circuits, digital circuits, and circuit analysis;

3. Familiar with RF circuit design;

4. Have strong communication and presentation skills and program presentation skills, and like to communicate with customers;

5. Have strong analytical and problem solving skills.

6. Good sales document writing ability (development design document, analysis report, PPT, etc.)

7. Have strong resource coordination ability and customer service awareness, work proactively, meticulously, and have a high sense of responsibility;

8. Be good at learning, have a team spirit, and are willing to develop with the company for a long time.
